South Sudan offers to mediate ceasefire between two rival armies of Sudan.

South Sudan along side with Egypt have pledged mediation and talks with the Two rival commanders of the Warring armies in Sudan,  General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan leader of the Sudan Army Force [ SAF] and General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, better known as Hemedti, leader of the Rapid Support Forces [ RSF]. 

fighting has been taking place since 16th April and unknown number of civilians have been killed or wounded. both have blamed each other for starting the conflict, although the  Rapid Support Forces are better known for the war crimes and atrocities  they have committed in Darfur during the reign of dictator Omar Hassen El Bashir.
